OLFACTIVE JOURNALS
Over a set period of time, contributing artists capture their quotidian rituals and studio practice via smell. Each entry is an olfactive portrait of that day, a scent document of the works in progress, bubbling thoughts, and immediate surroundings. In this way, Olfactive Journals become memory maps that allow artist and audience to return, by way of nose, to a specific moment and place in the artist's creative journey.

THE JOURNAL
Created between April 23-30, 2020, an aromatic transcript of Axel Morin's journal entries titled "Attraction", capturing moments of intimate reflection through a series of multi-channel films shot on an iPhone.
