Ambrosia

By Mara Corsino

MAY 24 — 30

It’s interesting how the sense of smell can make us travel to another place and time without very little effort. A big part of my memory is taken by tropical settings. The ylang-ylang tree outside my grandmother’s house would make me first recognize the power of perfume with very little effort. This diary is dedicated to my tropical memory.

About Project

"Olfactive Journals" are a collection of visual diaries by artist translated into the form of fragrance. These perfumes are created exclusively for our contributing artists and preserved in the Folie À Plusieurs Olfactive Library; where their works, thoughts and emotions can be recorded, and later experienced olfactively.
